Reset effects on PowerPoint slide?

Question

How do you reset the effects on a PowerPoint slide so e.g. Slide 1 has like fading effects on the text, and then you advance to Slide 2 and then you want to go back to Slide 1 but then the effects are already used, so how would you make it play the fade effect on the text every time you visited the slide?

I know exactly what you are talking about. I however cannot find any way to do this. Sorry.
