  1. 1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON(II) position.

    2. Press the Select/Reset k**b repeatedly until the engine oil life is displayed

    3. Press the Select/Reset k**b for about 10 seconds.  The information display shows the reset mode.

    4. Select the "Oil Life" indicatior by turning the Select/Reset knowb.  The display begins to blink.  Push the same know to enter this setting.

    5. The engine oil lif and the maintenace item code(s) wil begin to blink.  Push the Select/Reset k**b to reset.

    6. The maintenance item code(s) will disappear, and the engin oil life will reset to "100."
