Reseting My Wireless Router? Read Description! ?

If i reset my wireless router, by saying resetting i mean the reset button on the wireless router

Will i have to do my internet settings etc on my computer?

    but if you are on dsl make sure that you have your logon info before resetting

    otherwise you will be out of luck

  7. It depends on how you have your computer set up, but generally speaking: no. If you used any type of encryption (such as WEP or WPA) you will have to ensure that you set the key on the router again to the same key. Otherwise your computer will have a key set that your router knows nothing about. As far as the general settings are concerned, if they are set to automatic (aka DHCP) on your computer, they will reset themselves when the router is reset.
