Residence permit in canada again?

I leaved Canada 1 week before getting my residence permit because of my illness. The canadian hospitals didn´t want to give me the right medicines to my problem. So I was admitted in a hospital in Norway.

I wanna come back to canada because I like it.

Since you abandoned your application it will be closed.

You will need to reapply again and pay all the fees again.

And yes the hospitals in Canada wont give you medicine for free. You do need to pay for it because you are not yet a permanent resident or a citizen.

Also depending on what your illness was - you may or may not be allowed to emigrate to Canada.  There are some illnesses that means you cannot be allowed to live in Canada.
