Resident Alien of U.S. How do I obtain permission to travel outside the country? (passport/visa)?

I am a 25 y/o woman born in thailand and living in the u.s. for 22 years. I am a resident alien looking to travel to St. Tropez france in september for my hunnymoon. how do i get a passport w/o citizenship in 2.5 mounths? Am i S.O.L.? If so can i at least go to us virgin islands (safely)?

France....You need a Thai passport.  US passports are for US citizens.  You should contact the Thia embassy in Washington, DC for details on getting a new passport.

Minors up to/incl. 17 years of age may be included in parent's

passport, provided travelling with parents.

Minors born and residing in France, and included in their

- sufficient funds; and

- documents for return/onward journey.

Visa for France is also valid for French Guiana, French West

Indies and Reunion.

Non-compliance with the entry regulations may result in fines
