Resident Evil Wii Game Cheat?

My dad and I have been playing a Resident Evil Wii Game and we've been playing one of the bosses at the end of each round and we just can't seem to beat him. If you recognise this and know his weakness, could you tell me how to beat him? He's the creature that has a body like a human and is all veiny with his heart beating on the outside of his chest and one very large hand with big claws. We're fighting him on a rooftop while there is some sort of helicopter flying over us and trying to save us, but because of the wind they can't get close. There are lives all around us and we've been using them up increasingly. Again, if you recognise any of thise at all, please just answer with the boss' weakness or an easy way to defeat him! Thanks!

  1. Both of the first two answers are way off base, in that they aren't even talking about the right game. They are giving advise on Resident Evil 4, while your description, while not all that clear, is very much describing the fight with Tyrant at the end of RE1. Since you say Wii and talk as if you are playing two player, I'm forced to assume Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles - Mansion Incident 3.

Honestly, I'm rather shocked that, without learning yourself how to identify hitting a boss weak point, you managed to beat both the scorpion boss (from Train Derailment 1) and Yawn (the big snake boss in Mansion Incident 1). When you hit an enemy, there's a small flash. When you hit a weak point, the flash is much larger, and the impact sound changes a little bit.

If all else fails, doing repeated runs of earlier stages can help you build up ammo for weapons to bring into harder stages, and collect stars to spend on upgrading your weapons. Upgrading weaponry makes a world of difference. Also, consider turning down the difficulty level if you haven't already. RE:UC has 3 difficulties available from the start, but you really aren't penalized at all for playing on a lower difficulty.

    Some genreal tips:

    * When playing through a stage, try to use only your pistol, shotgun, and explosives. Magnums and machineguns are the best weapons for most bosses, so do what you can to save them for that purpose.

    * When there are herbs in boss fights, try to not grab any unless you are under half-health.

    * Learn to recognize boss attacks as they are widing up for them, and make a point to not be needing to reload then. In many cases, boss attacks cannot be dodged, but a well-timed hit on their weak point will stagger them and interrupt the attack (this is a big reason why machineguns are good for bosses: constant stream of hits).

    As for Tyrant in particular:

    * He actually has 2 weak points: his exposed heart and his entire head. I'm not sure if one takes damage faster than the other or not.

    * If he grabs you, keep firing into his face to make him let go quicker. This is the one situation in this fight that a shotgun might be slightly better than a machinegun.

    * After you do enough damage to him, the chopper will drop a rocket launcher called the MRL. Use it. Don't worry about the backdraft hitting you if he's too close; you can't hurt yourself in this game.

  2. If you have 30,000 pestas buy a rocket launcher to make your life much easier.

  3. keep shootng the body and when the eye pops out of one of his legs shoot it. when you do he goes down run up and do the action sequence. also there is an explosive barrel you could shoot and he will go down. also if you follow the path and go up the ladder there is a lever that you can pull that will hit him with a bunch of things.when you get him down enough ada will give you a rocket launcher to use just aim and shoot and you win.
