I am doing an argumentative essay and my topic is Residential Schools.

what are some things i can discuss in my essay??

i do not really know how to write and argumentative essay

There is a number of ways you can write an argumentative essay.  The easiest way is to do point-counterpoint.  These essays are structured as follows:

1) Intro paragraph

2) Point 1 (Argument for residential schools)

     Point 1 (Argument against that point).

3) Point 2 For

    Point 2 Against

so on and so forth.

Example of point/counterpoint:

Residential schools provide a major benefit to students because they allow students to immerse themselves in the learning environment.  According to child psychologist XYZ, this allows students to learn quicker...
