i have been worked in a Institution for 3(2000-2003) years and joined PG Course in the same institution.I have applied Three years Study leave on 19.07.2003 and got approved. I have leaved from job on 21.08.2003 and joined course in 22.08.2003.After getting degree i does not report to the same job due to some personnel problem. Now i have applied Resignation and request relief order They asked me to submit one month salary of Rs.2500. I request relax from this Resubmission of my one month salary according to service provided by me to the Institution or else considering my Leave letter as a notice.But the Existing Principle Not allowed . I accepted ready to pay and asked them by written formate of the Due amount for taking DD. But the Administration compel me to pay the amount by Cash (sure they will give bill) and The Principle and Admin. Staff both threatening me - we will spoil your existing employment and wont give Experience certificate and we can cancel you certificates(PG) ?

  1. Read the fine print of your contract. I'm sure they wouldn't be going after you if they didn't have the legal right to.
