My grandmother is the guardian of my 15 year old cousin. She has been giving trouble to my grandmother for the past year now.. she rarely comes home (gone 2 weeks at a time) and my grandmother does not know where she is.. she is sleeping with a 20 something year old man (my cousin has admitted it to me) she gets into ALOT of drugs ex: exctasy, marijuana ect... and she also has literally NO respect for my grandmother. I am trying to find a way to get out of this guardianship for my grandmother for her well being. she has enough troubles in her life as it is. so is there any way that she can resign being a guardian of my cousin?

  1. She'll have to go to court and change the court order.  If someone else will not volunteer to be her guardian, she may become a ward of the state.
