  1. pretty much anywhere.

    target.

    meijer.

    sometimes though,

    they dont sell by themselves,

so you have to get the lame DVD that comes with them.

i had to get bands too :]

  2. Hi,

If you don't want to order them off the internet, you can always use the DDS catalog.  Of course, Discount Dance is the one everyone uses, so sometimes the products are sold out, but it's really great service most of the time and lots of selection.  Also, most local dancewear retailers offer resistance bands.  You can go to Dance Ten, Dance Supply, or any other retailer in your area.

Good luck, hope this helped.  Remember, always feel free to contact me with further questions.♥

  3. They sell resistance bands at Target.

  4. I use pilates bands, they work the same as resistance bands, I got mine at Target in the Pilates/Yoga stuff section!

  5. you can get them at most dance supply stores. the bun head brand sell indvuidaly  for about 3-5 bucks. i love pointe, and these help A TON!!!!  plus: bun heads come with good foot streatches in the container with your band.they also come in tons of colors.

    www.dancewearsolutions.com   always has them
