Resizing 100x100 Animated Icons to 50x50 Size?

HI! There are some icons in animated 100x100 pixel format that I want to resize so they're 50x50 pixels, and still animated. Is there any way to do this; how?? THANK YOU! ^^

If you use Adobe ImageReady this can be easily done by:

Open the image in ImageReady, in the top bar click ->image->image size, in the box you see make sure the 'constrain proportions' box is active and resize your image. After you clicked the OK button you go to File->save optimized, or save as and you're done.
