Resizing Videos?

Is there any website that will upload a video even if it's over 1GB? Please help me. I want to send some family videos to my sister, but can't find any website to upload them to.

or if its just a gig (1024 mbs)

or use uTorrent and make a torrent of the file and send the torrent to her and have her use it to download the files.
