What are some resorts and spas in PA that have great food, a lot to do, and a spa? (Besides the Hotel Hershey, we already live next to it)

  1. Go to the Poconos!!! While they are certainly not the Rockies, I love the more gentle slopes and varied flora and fauna of these mountains. There are several resorts and spas, two that come to mind are the Pocono Manor Inn Golf and Spa and the Woodloch Pines Resort. Both have great getaway packages and both offer golfing, tennis, swimming horseback riding etc.

And for an awarding winning, very expensive spa:

  2. Take a look at Skytop Lodge http://www.skytop.com/.  There are many things to do there including golf, trap & skeet, hiking, fishing, to name a few, plus a spa.  I haven't been there for 3 years, but we used to go often and the food was always outstanding.

Glendorn http://www.glendorn.com/index.php is a resort that I have not been to yet, but I would like to go.  I hear it is wonderful and excellent food.  Note the spa treatments!
