No, it is not "true".  I am assuming you have received an offer of employment from this hotel.  First of all, no employer sends out job offers unless you have already submitted an application to them.  Second, as mentioned in a previous answer, the Postal Code is not a Canadian Postal Code.  This is a scam to obtain money and personal information from you to be used in further frauds.

Be aware that some scams have even used free web hosting sites to create a phony web page for their "hotel" or other business.  Often though the websites do not have working links.  I recommend using a third party to check whether, in fact, the hotel exists such as Expedia Travel or a similar online booking agency.

No, it's a scam. Delete that message right away and DO NOT give these lowlife scammers any personal information or, worse, any money. Besides, that's not a valid Canadian Postal Code anyway.
