  2. blog.flexamples.com is a great place to look.  The best places to look right now are blogs because it is still fairly new.  Look up the RIA Cowboy for some awesome examples.  If you need to know th very basics then go to Adobe's website.  They give some great instructions: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/
