Mike Gregory captained Warrington and Great Britain and became the head coach of Wigan when he finished playing.

Infection caused by an insect bite cruelly changed the path of his life and since 2004 he had been battling a debilitating disease.He will be sadly missed.

May he rest in peace.

Mr Mike "Great" Greggory leaves behind wife Erica and two kids Sam and Ben.

A fantastic guy,magnificent player and a awesome coach especially when he took over at Wigan.

Capped 20 time's by his country scored a brilliant try in the final test against the Aussie's in 1988 to win us the test.

Took Wigan to the grand final in may 2004 but this was mike's last game.

I was lucky enough to be at his last game,everyone respected him.

A very sad loss
