When I turn my laptop on, it appears as though windows is about to start (the blue login screen appears and says 'windows is starting up...'), then the laptop restarts. If I left it alone it would keep on restarting.The same thing happens in Safe Mode. I think the problem may be because I updated my java. Is there any way I can turn on the laptop without going to get it fixed?Thanks,Harry
