I have a hacker on my computer and I know who it is, can someone please tell me how do I restart my entire computer all over again. Thank You

Ok, Very easy really. What you do is click the start menu, then search for "System Restore". Then follow the steps on screen. You can choose a point from any of the times you installed/downloaded a program, or set in back to factory condition.

same thing happened to me!!!! All i did was turn off computer and when you turn it on press F10 over and over...it will go through a prompt and your computer will be restored like new.

well if you password protect your PC and disable the guest account you shouldn't have too but if you want to wipe it clean put your windows disk in reboot and boot from disk, when you get to the partition selection delete partition and recreate it and install windows. but you will lose all data

Reformat it.

When you brought your PC it should have included a reformat CD, chuck the into your computer and restart it! (It should boot up the CD and tell you what to do, if not look for messages along the lines of 'Press F8 for the format screen'

Have a flick through the computer manual if not, you will find something in there!

Do NOT do what 'Css O' & 'DistantE..' said, it will just cause more damage! The program 'Css O' told you to download is a fake + your problem is not even spyware! And System restore will NOT remove the virus, what a stupid thing to say.
