Restaurant - Dinner at the beach?

Hi. my boyfriend's graduation soon and I really want to do something special. I want us to have the most romantic time ever by having a dinner at the beach, while the sun is going down beside us. A good view will be an advantage. The problem is, I don't know where to have it in Auckland. I'd consider a picnic, but my guy is not up to the idea. We'd prefer a restaurant... so do any of you know a good place in Auckland? please let me know. thanks

You should go get some food for a picnic and order some pizza, if you are the age majority possibly some wine, go to a place during sunset (top of a hill or rock if possible) and watch the sun set then look down at the lights and places below that would look romantic. If possible take some photos. If there is beaches in the area where you would like to have the celebration you can also do that with the picnic with wine pizza there as well and watch the sun set over the water.

There are lots of restaurants on the Outer Banks of NC.  I'm not sure where Auckland is.
