If you had an opportunity to ask a question to your customers about their experience and could identify who were first time diners, what specifically would you ask about these customers?

Would you ask anything different from a regular customer?

  1. I like to go places where I feel like a valued customer. If the manager is good he will wait until after the plates are cleared and just strike up a casual conversation with the customer. He will ask about the food and service, but add a personal touch such as, "Do you live nearby", something like that. Any time I feel like a VIP I make it a point to come back to that establishment.

  2. I would ask how they would rate their service and their food....if they were seated promptly, given their menus etc. in a timely fashion. Were their servers courteous? and friendly?

  3. i don't get the question.

  4. Out of all the restaurants you could have chosen to eat at tonight why did you choose to come to this one?

  5. did you enjoy yourself tonight ?

  6. huh?
