Restaurant in London?

Question

I will arrive at London next week for my holiday. It is my first time in London. I want to know whether there is a good quality and service of western style restaurant in London. My budget is about ï¿¡15 per head. There are eight persons for the dinner including two kids. After the dinner, we will have a sighseeing in Thames River. Please advise the name of restaurants, the outstanding main course/dessert and address.
