Restaurant in or around 34st NYC?

Question

Anyone familiar with the area. I am looking for a nice little restaurant prefferably with outside seating for tomorrow. I am going out to lunch with friends. Id like the restaurant to be around 34st and 1st ave preferrably. Please let me know if your from nyc.

Im sorry I haven't been to NYC in a while but I know of a great Italian restaurant  called lL Vagabondo that has a bocci ball court in the back and great food.  I am only from Westchester County ( Mount Vernon, NY ) They are located at 351 E 62nd St [phone].  I hope this is close enough for yooou.  Its been there for over 25 years.  Have fun   where ever you go.

There are a few  restaurants with outdoor seating  on third Ave between 33 and 34th -- Cinema (Diner) Caliente Cab Co. (Mexican) La Giara (Italian). The first two have a lot of tables outside.  The Italian place has a couple and the Greek place next to it also.

1st ave lacking in Restaurants in that Area NYU Hospital takes up all the space.

If you go a few blocks to the west of there, roughly 34th-32nd and 5th, you'll find a good range of authentic Korean restaurants. It's known as Koreatown, basically.

And, yes, I used to be from NYC.
