Restaurant suggestions in Jakarta.?

I am at a highly sophisticated 5 star hotel in Jakarta.

I am on business, and I would like to impress my hosts by suggesting possible mama and papa restaurants that they've never hear about.

I would like it to be as obscure as possible, that way they would be impressed with my knowledge of the area.

I'm not sure about location, I always had my driver drove me here and there, but these are the best foods:

Ayam Kalasan + Es Kopyor

Soto Kudus

both somewhere around Blok M area.

I would also recommend any "Restoran Sederhana" if you like spicy food.
