Restaurants and pubs in Glasgow city center?

Could someone recommend some nice restaurants and pubs near Glasgow city center? We are looking for something special for dinner, but somewhere we can wear jeans. Thanks!

Go to the Toby Jug on Hope Street (right outside central station).. very classy indeed

Groucho St Judes 190 Bath St, part of the chic small hotel but open to non residents. The restaurant serves modern Scottish food with lots of char-grilled fish and meat and very good puddings.

There is a place on st vincent street called 78 st vincent. It is in the french style and is an exceptionally lovely restaurant but it is very relaxed on the clothing front.
