So I don't have a car or a ride from anyone to go out to eat, and for the love of search I've been looking for restaurants that have delivery option here in Garden City, I've come up with nothing, so any locals able to help me out?

Also, I am sick of pizza so pizza hut is OUT of the question thanks.

I know you don't want to cook but you could get to the grocery store and buy some frozen meals to save yourself a few dollars. All you need for that is a microwave and a freezer.
