Question:

Restaurants in Houston?

We are looking for a Greek food restaurant that is located off IH-10 since we will be traveling on IH-10 tomorrow. My husband loves Greek food but we don't want to go through out Houston and risk getting lost. We were hoping they had one right off of IH-10?

  1. You are known right address of Restaurant and your desire would be fulfilled about your Greck Food. Thus donot worry about your problem to go elsewhere in Houston except the vright address. Thanks & great day.

  2. I agree with LDS above,  Niko Niko's is the best.  It is not right one I-10 but it is not too far.  Just remember Montrose Blvd and Studemont St. are two names for the same street.

  3. Ya Ya Mary's .. the BEST in Houston.

Not directly on I-10 .. but on 610 just a short distance from I-10 and right on the feeder road .. no searching around.

Yia Yia Mary’s offers a selection of unique and flavorful cuisine from the Mediterranean. Grilled chicken, beef and shrimp kabobs, flavorful Greek breads and a variety of select appetizers including hummus and baked cheeses provide something for everyone.

    YIA YIA MARY’S GREEK KITCHEN

4747 SAN FELIPE, HOUSTON, TX 77056

  4. Both Niko Niko (less expensive) and Alexander The Great are good Greek restaurants.  Unfortunately we do not have one directly on I-10.  Enjoy!

  5. Athen's Bar and Grill down on the ship channel was once a great place.  The Greek sailors in port on Greek merchant Ships used to go there when they were in port. A fun time was had by all.  Just thought I would pass it on.  Not sure if they are still there.  Not easy to get to off of I-10.  Sorry.

  6. Niko Niko is wonderful and I think would be easy for you to find.

From I-10 , exit Studemont. Take Studemont south (studemont becomes Montrose) and it will be on your right about 2 miles down.

  7. Try Alexander the Great Greek. It is in the Galleria area. Take I-10 to Loop 610. Go south a few exits and get off at Westheimer. Turn right and go a few traffic lights to Sage. Turn left. Go down a block to Hidalgo. It is on that corner. Wonderful food. The address is 3055 Sage Road at Hidalgo.
