Restaurants in Nice?

Question

Im going back to Nice in France in August and would like a few suggestions for eating out. Last time I was there I discovered Cafe Turin and Pot D'etain (both excellent) but I would like to try somewhere else.

it's a very casual but beautiful bistro..........have a great time, I know the area and can't wait to go back!!
