Restaurants in Wiesbaden, German?

i just moved to Wiesbaden and I'm not too familiar with the city. Does anyone know of good restaurants in the Wiesbaden, Mainz area? It'd be nice if the servers spoke English also.

The Rhein-Main-Grill in Rheinstrasse is well known for speaking English. The food is normal German. It is highly frequented by Americans.

Beside this, I believe that most Restaurants are used to deal with English speaking customers. After all, there were US Air Force and Army Stations in Wiesbaden since 1945.

People come to Wiesbaden to drink the waters, therefore it is international ever since the Romans were there.
