why dont the US as a whole have any decent restaurants with the food that was created on American soil? not ethnic cuisine like Chinese or Italian or Mexican...
like when you travel to Europe or Asia you get to taste fantastic variety of local foods with outta this world taste!
in the US, lets say in New Orleans they boast soul food...all the so called "fancy" restaurants PLAIN SUCK! WTF? they serve you some cardboard tasting generic fries, fried chicken that`s overfried or i dont know what...like these "chefs" spoil the good food with their cooking! nor for real though, this is the case throughout America...the only food that tastes good in America- ETHNIC CUISINE...with mostly ethnic chefs...why is that?
