Restaurants/steakhouses in Adelaide that do Pittsburgh rare steak?

I heard of the Pittsburgh rare-style of steak a while ago (from a friend who went to America - he said it was the best steak he'd ever had, and he usually doesn't like steak) and I was wondering, does anyone know of any restaurants or steakhouses in Adelaide that serve it?
