  1. Soup Plantation does same with Jamba Juice, and other sit down resturants with healthy menu options (like a weight watchers or low fat section) are Olive Garden, PF Changs, TGI Fridays, and Applebees.

  2. If a restaurant posts the calories of foods that we all know are high calorie, fat laden, and too salty food is that going to stop the general public from going there?

If you want to watch what you eat, you are better off eating at home or packing a lunch.

In my opinion it is a joke for the fast food restaurants to post or have available the calorie content.

You need to take a nutrition class. When you eat fast food, you basically get what you pay for  -  junk that is cheap and lacks what you could make for yourself at home for a better price.

  3. Most chains will have a list available either on request or over the Internet.  The individual restaurants and small chains do not have the resources to do that.  If you have any dietary requirements or just want low fat, etc even if they do not have a list, you should ask.  Most can accommodate you with minor changes or can make something that is not on the menu provided they have the ingredients.  For instance if they have chicken fettuccine Alfredo, they can make chicken fetching marinara or with olive oil.

  4. Carls Jr. has them posted on the wall I do believe,

and starbucks also lists them in a pamphlet inside.
