I've never seen anything low fat at Applebees.  Just bring your handbook with you and use it as a guide.

the only one that i know of that has special menu items labeled as "weight watchers" with complete nutritional value available is Applebee's, but maybe thats only because I worked there.

Sorry - don't really i know of any other restaurants that offer it-

but most chains do offer grilled chicken opposed to fried,

and steamed veggies opposed to mashed potatos, etc.
