Restaurants? wouldn't you like one with live entertainment?

This restaurant would be in the New Bern area with clean music playing in the back ground and live entertainment.

Food first, I like to talk to my guests rahter than have some sort of live entertainment.

Unless you are an entertainment venue 1st, then you are going to see the show rather than eat the food which is optional.

No unless you want a bar atmosphere.........then it would be appropriate. When I go out to dinner or lunch, I expect to hear the person (s)  and be able to carry on a conversation. There are so many distractions enough, especially cells phones and having to put up with their conversations that are many times loud. It's distracts and takes away from the experience of companionship. The art of communication with people is going down the tubes with all the new technology. I like to actually see someones face and listen and have them listen to me.

I don't know. When I go to a resturaunt, I like quiet so i can have a conversation. The quality of the food is really important as well. If i want to be entertained, I could go to the movies.
