Resteraunt Type and Name - Please Help!?

Question

I need to create a resteraunt, any resteraunt I want. But I don't know what type it should be...Indian, Greek, Japanese. I want a style that's unique and not done a lot already. A name of the resteraunt that is creative and interesting would also help.

Not enough info like where are you from, where would u like to open the restaurant, what experience do you have and how much time you are willing to spend to run it.

If you just like to have a name, the easiest would be to incorporate your restaurant cuisine to it. Such as:

1)  Italian  - pasta     - restaurant Pazza

2) Greek - Oozo      - restaurant Ooozo

3) Japan - Sushi     - restaurant Ooishi

try a tapas bar. its a style of eating where your customers order lot of small dishes and share them with each other. its also called dim sum in the Asian community. you can do it with any style food. what to call it is a different story.... from my tapas to yours ...if a Spanish/Mexican theme.. a la parte (meaning to share).... or some sort of Greek you could call it the feta and goat .... I'm not good with naming just eating!!!

I love Greek food and where I'm from it's hard to find Greek around here. The nearest and best Greek restaurant is 45 minutes away from me! But it's worth it because the gyros are to die for! You should think about a Greek restaurant, since they're not common. If the food is good enough, and there's a high demand, people will come to your restaurant from miles away!

I think you should have a Greek restaurant.   i will have to think of a name though
