  1. well, first it depends on what u ran. 1600, 3200? A day after the meet is always good to go on a long run but try not to push it like a workout. Sometimes it's fine that maybe ur legs didn't feel tired. But it woudn't hurt to maybe do a little longer run too. Its okay for ur legs not to feel tired because thats the recovering time that actually makes u better.

  2. no. sometimes you dont feel a hard workout or tiredness from a track meet until 2 days after.

its really weird. i made the mistake of having a  somewhat hard run the day after a meet and the next day i could barely move.

  3. No, you should not do a hard run after a meet regardless of how you feel.

An  easy run and some light stretching is what you should do.

  4. The day after a meet should be a recovery day.  You just ran a race, which should warrant a light day.  Even if you feel good, a day of rest is in order.  Just as you wouldn't do workouts 2 days in a row, a race should not come the day directly before or after a workout, and for the same reasons.
