  1. hey i have that too and i used to be a soccer varsity at my university but i stopped coz im failing my subjects... anyway it didnt make it hard for me to play at all..

  2. it shouldn't be, moderate exercise should ease symptoms, but don't overdo it. I suffer too and found out loads about it by googling it.

  3. There is a strong link between sleep disorders like restless leg syndrome and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd). In my experience as a pediatrician, many children with ADHD are gifted, dedicated athletes. Since you pose this question and have a sleep disorder, this is one possibility. No one knows yet what treatment of the sleep disorder does to the ADHD problem, but I haven't seen any reports of it just going away.

As to whether your restless legs would improve your soccer game in any way, it's an interesting question that no one has looked at. It would be interesting to know if you think so, also, I'd like to know if you have ever had any tics during the day. Tics are involuntary movements that can affect any part of the body. If so, tics are like restless leg movements, and people with tics have been shown to be exceptionally quick and agile. That would be interesting.
