Restore my my windows after deleting a virus?

Question

How do i restore my widows i had a virus and i got rid of it but lost all the information on my laptop, How can access my computer to the screen what do I do about it asking me to choose start windows. I did that and it keeps going back to the screen it shows the windows logo and then goes right back to that screen can someone help me with this. I can 't find my start up disk tried to down load one but it does not work any help for me or did i kill it for good?Help

Well, if you can't get windows to load then you might want to look into purchasing another Windows Operating System.

Can you boot into safe mode? Try pressing F8 on startup. If so, backup your data. There are tools you can try to diagnose and fix your computer.

If your pc has a recovery partition, you may be able to restore your computer but it may erase everything installed and saved since you bought it.

To access the recovery partition,check the manufacturer's web site. Try pressing F11 on startup, this is the procedure on many Compaq and HP computers.
