  1. restart your computer

or put the usb cord in the back of the computer

  2. call the store for an appoitment, and the will replace it if you have a warnaty or you can try customer service, but i doubt they cando anything

  3. Beware, It will take ages to do this so be patient.

I would throw it away, and buy a newer one.

  4. Is the screen frozen? Hold down menu on your ipod and it will come back.

  5. Wait the required amount of time. If that doesn't work, then try again. If THAT doesn't work, consult Technical Support.

  6. Try restarting you ipod By switching the hold switch on and off and then holding the center and menu buttons until the apple logo appears.

  7. try reseting it while its plugged in

and when the apple comes up hold the back and forward buttons until you see it say its charging or do not unplug or whatever

  8. You have to plug it into a charger in order for it to finish.

Plugging it into the computer won't help.

If you don't have charger, you will need to get one.

  9. Throw it away.
