Restraining Order..Part 2

Question

I just submitted a question about how i stole my moms credit card and they might charge me with card fraud and they threatened to put a restraining order on my BF...

But my boyfriend didnt even know i was using it. He had no clue i was but they are threatening to put a restraining order just because they dont like me being with him

Restraining orders are used to keep someone away that is potentially violent.  Such as a husband beating a wife.  My question to you would be, how old are you?  If you are a minor, then your parents can control your ability to see this boyfriend.  Also, what other crimes did you commit before seeing this boyfriend.  In other words, have your actions changed since you started to date him?  If so, then that is what your parents are concerned with.  The threat of the restraining order is just to wake you up.  Straighten out now, before it is too late.  A criminal record follows you your whole life.

I recommend that you stay away from this boyfriend.

Stealing the credit card of anyone is a very serious criminal offense.

"They" being your parents I take it?  Your point, criminal thief?  If they do, it's the least of your worries at this point.
