Restricted number?

Question

today, i got a call around midday and my caller ID said it was from "out of area". i picked it up and no one answered. i tried calling it back, but it wouldnt let me because the number was blocked.

could this have been from a telemarketer or a company, or was this definitely from someone with a cell phone or normal home phone?

also, if it said out of area, does that mean the number is from out of state?

Well it could have been a telemarker or out of state, blocked or the other. But guess what all that is going to stop,Why?

I know you have not heard of it yet But there is a product comming out that works called the GateKeeper that is for Annoying calls telemarketers and restricted numbers ,ex-boy friends or ,ex-girl friends ,or any body you do not want to here from.
