Restriction 47 in California - transporting passengers/driving between 11 pm and 5 am - but I'm 18?

I just got my California drivers license, and the lady at the DMV put the REST 47 sticker on it that states I'm not allowed to transport passengers under age 20 or drive between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am. I'm 18, and everywhere I look on the internet, it says these restrictions no longer apply when you turn 18 (I look younger than I am, so I'm not surprised she made that mistake), but contacting the DMV is near impossible, so am I allowed to transport passengers under 20 because my license states I'm 18 even with the sticker?

  1. On the front of your license, it should say "Provisional until age 18 in ____".   If it does, then the provisions are only until you turn 18.

  2. until you have the dmv remove the restriction you can be pulled over and even have your car impounded so get to the dmv
