Result of the Rowling/Lexicon Trial?

Hi, I know it's a bit late, but I was wondering, what was the result of the J.K. Rowling / HP Lexicon trial? Did either of them win or was it postponed? I'm unable to find a site where this is clearly stated and JKR's site doesn't seem to work for me so I'd thought I'd ask you guys.

edit: I'm a very big HP fan, but I never followed the trial because I thought it was a waste of time. JKR was right from the beginning so I didn't think there was any point in arguing the case. The lexicon was wrong, because what they were doing was plagarizing.
