Six-time world champion Steve Davis has gone through to the final qualifying round after edging final frame thriller against Jack Lisowski. The 19-year-old Lisowski pushed one of the snooker greats, Davis, all the way. Apart from other classy breaks, three
centuries of 121, 101, and 105 were produced during the match.
Lisowski needed one frame to reach the finish line but the legend fired up a classy break of 80 in the 18th to force the decider that he took using his flawless safety skills.
The other experienced Veteran potter, Tony Drago, however, has crashed against Jimmy Robertson by a frame score of 10-8.
