Resume Age and Position Help??

im currently trying to apply for a job at Tommy Hilfiger and i was wondering weather i had to specify my age or birth date in my resume or mention that i was only looking for a part time position. Im asking this because im 16 so i dont want to throw off my potentially new manager

Part-time, yes. Age, absolutely not. It is illegal for them to ask your age, s*x, religion, etc. They can only ask if you are over 18.

As a manager who is responsible for hiring, here is what I look for: First, are they dressed for an interview. Second, are they courteous and polite. Third, do they have the right attitude. Everything after that can be negotiated. Be honest and direct in your interview and let them know you are interested in THAT company, not just having a job.
