Resume Submission for H1B Visa?

I want apply for H1B visa. I am staying outside of US. Can any one help me to provide information where can I post my CV. Its may be the recruiting agency.

Individuals cannot apply for H1B visa. Only US Employer can petition you for H1B by filing I-129 with the Labor Condition Application with Department of Labor.
