Question:

Resume for law school admission help?

Several of the law schools I'm applying to want me to submit a resume along with the application. The problem is that I don't know how to do a resume. I'm specifically looking for an example of a resume for a college student going to law school so I can have some idea of what I'm doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  1. As far as a starting place goes, you can download resume templates from several sites on the internet; just google "resume template." Once you have something on paper, go to your school's career services office. The people there should be able to give you specific pointers.

  2. You should make an appointment with a career adviser or the pre-law department at your school so that you can get some one on one advise. Resumes for law school admission are not DIY's and that is more true in your case since you do not know where to start.

    Make that appointment.
