  1. Be sure to have the smartest person you know edit for grammar and spelling.  The content of your posts suggests this will be a weakness.

Search the internet for examples.  There are great ones posted.

Don't supply a weird email address.  If you don't have a professional address, create one through yahoo or the like.  I suggest simply  FirstnameLastname@xxxxx

Check the voicemail greeting of whatever phone number you give on your resume.  It should be a simple greeting that is articulate with no music in the background.

  2. i hire for my company and so i get the first read through of resumes and applications...while i can get away with grammatical errors, i expect the applicants paperwork to be flawless...as soon as i see spelling errors, it's a major red flag...resumes should be one page only, nothing stapled to it, for skills, you could mention personal skills that may be attractive like, "strong interpersonal skills" or that you're "creative" or that you're very "focused" (this in itself will prove that you're creative with words)  :)

  3. Are you a good timekeeper, Are you any good at showing Empathy, Keeping a clear head in stressful situations. Do you have a good understanding of confidentiality issues.
