Resume question help?

I'm making a resume for an audition. I'm auditioning for a movie and a bunch of dance parts. what do i have to include in a dancer/performers resume?

I think you have to include what other performances and experience you have had with this type of film genre or theater performance. How long you've been dancing, if you've taken lessons and for how long etc... I've never filled out one, but I was an extra in a movie once, well kind of. The extras had to learn a dance on the spot, and not much dancing experience was required. But this is probably different, what you're doing.
