Ever since a recent power failure my HP 2410 has refused to 'come up' powering up the unit results in what sounds like a startup cycle which then continues for several minutes. The power on led continues to flash, hourglass shows in the display and jobs will not print. Needless to say that copier fax and scanner are also nonfunctional. This occured before and HP's tech support via an IM type of interface advised to disconnect the USB cable, disconnect the power supply for a minute, reconnect, repeat 2 times connect the USB cable and reconnect the power supply, this worked in that instance but I have repeated the same proceedure several times with no success. Calls to their tech support people on the 800 number resulted in being told that my printer is out of warantee by less than a year and that I should buy a new printer. Has anybody else had similar problems and what did you do to resolve them Thanks
