Retaking a class show on transcript?

What will the transcript look like after retaking a class. will the new grade replace the old one or will both grades show on the transcript? or will the new grade show but have "Retake" next to it?

Did you fail the class the first time?  If so, the grade you received during the second go around, will replace the F.
